I can't tell by the pictures if all the parts are damaged but the Thule roof rack in the pictures consist of the old style 58 inch square bars, Podium foot pack, and fit kit # THKIT3112.
The basket doesn't look like a Thule product to me. I'm fairly sure it's the Yakima LoadWarrior # Y07070 or possibly the MegaWarrior # Y07080. Look at the picture I've attached of the mounting brackets off the LR3 compared to the Yakima brackets.

I suspect the shank portion of your hitch bike rack is actually the 1-1/4-inch size since we do not have any bike racks with a 1-inch shank.
